Award-winning change leader Fiona Krautil is a diversity and gender equity expert. With experience of leading change in corporate, academic, non-profit and Government corporations, Fiona consistently challenges leadership thinking and provides both provoking and practical advice to galvanise audiences and help realise the potential of increasingly diverse workforces across the globe.
Living and breathing the issues of diversity, gender equity and workplace inclusion, this former CEO of Australia’s Federal Government gender equity unit is a passionate speaker, author, trainer and mentor. She understands profoundly the business drivers of globalisation; changing workforce demographics; and the increasing competitiveness of the marketplace. With a track record in change leadership across both commercial and non-commercial sectors, Fiona helps influence and shape workplace cultures so all talent can feel included, and thrive.
Fiona is also the author of two tomes on equity and diversity. Diversity Unplugged (AHRI, 2014) offers inspiring exemplars from medium and large Australian organisations and is a vital tool for business success. Her previous book in the same mould, Chief Executives Unplugged (EOWA, 2002) is a significant contribution to the gender equity debate and rated a “must read” business book by the financial press.
